Of course another ramen!
This Kichitora's Paitan Ramen - their bestselling ramen. Noodles in chicken broth served with chasu, seaweed, scallions, fried garlic oil and ajitsuke tamago. It would have been perfect if it weren't a tad salty and I would have enjoyed the well cooked egg if it not for the tiny egg shell left. Another ramen we got is Tan Tan Mien, noodles in sesame broth with minced pork. It's bold and flavorful but it is too spicy. I didn't know that the heat is optional, if it was no one asked us. Their chicken karaage is nicely done though.
